Dycom Industries, Inc. announced today its upcoming participation in Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Computer and Business Services Conference scheduled for February 27 and 28, 2001 at Windows on the World in New York, New York.

Dycom is scheduled to make its presentation on Wednesday, February 28, 2001, at approximately 3:00 p.m. (EST). A live simulcast of this presentation will be available via the Company's Web site at http://www.dycomind.com/.
