Dycom Industries, Inc. will release its fiscal 2001 third quarter earnings on June 4, 2001 at approximately 4:15 p.m. (EDT).

Dycom has scheduled a conference call for Tuesday, June 5, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT).
