Dycom Industries, Inc. will release its fiscal 2001 second quarter earnings on February 26, 2001 at approximately 4:15 p.m. (EST).

Dycom has scheduled a conference call for Tuesday, February 27, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. (EST). To participate in the conference call, dial 800-288-8974 ten minutes before the conference call begins and ask for the "Dycom Earnings" conference call.
