Dycom Industries, Inc. will release its fiscal 2001 first quarter earnings on November 27, 2000 at approximately 4:15 p.m. (EST).

Dycom has scheduled a conference call for Tuesday, November 28, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. (EST). To participate in the conference call, dial 800-230-1085 ten minutes before the conference call begins and ask for the "Dycom Earnings" conference call.
