Dycom Industries, Inc. Updates Fiscal 2015 Fourth Quarter Expectations

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced today an update to its previously issued guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, which will end on July 25, 2015.  The Company now expects revenue between $560 million and $570 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.79 to $0.87.  The Company had previously provided guidance for revenue of $550 million to $570 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.74 to $0.82.

Dycom is a leading provider of specialty contracting services throughout the United States and in Canada. These services include engineering, construction, maintenance and installation services to telecommunications providers, underground facility locating services to various utilities, including telecommunications providers, and other construction and maintenance services to electric and gas utilities.
